NATRUE returns to New York for two major industry events

This June, NATRUE is heading back to New York City to participate in two leading events for the cosmetics and personal care industry: NYSCC Suppliers’ Day (3-4 June) and the Sustainable Cosmetics Summit North America (5-6 June). At both events, NATRUE will contribute expert insights on sustainability, transparency, and standards in natural and organic cosmetics, reinforcing its role as a global reference in the field.

NYSCC Suppliers’ Day 2025

Organised by the New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists, Suppliers’ Day is recognised as a key event in the global cosmetics calendar. It brings together thousands of professionals and decision-makers to explore innovation and advancements in ingredients, technology, and sustainability.

On Tuesday, 3^rd June, from 10:00 to 13h, Dr Mark Smith, Director General of NATRUE, will take part in a panel discussion hosted by HPC Today titled “Advancing Sustainability in Cosmetics and Household: Essential Insights for Driving Industry Transformation”. The session will explore how sustainability is reshaping the industry, highlighting key trends such as green chemistry, ethical sourcing, digital tools for sustainability metrics, and the impact of evolving regulations.

Sustainable Cosmetics Summit North America

Held immediately after Suppliers’ Day, the Sustainable Cosmetics Summit returns for its 16^th North American edition. The summit gathers senior executives and sustainability leaders to examine the future of beauty through the lens of green innovation, ethical sourcing, and certification schemes.

As a Supporting Organization and speaker, NATRUE will share its expertise in regulatory frameworks and certification during the session: “Global Natural Cosmetics Standards & Market Update“. The session will provide an overview of current natural and organic cosmetics standards, the importance of third-party certification, and insights into market evolution and regulatory developments.
